Cancel

When a purchase request has been sent to the card payment entry device (PED) the purchase can be canceled by the user.

There are two ways of canceling the payment: From the LS One POS or from the PED.

Not all PSP support both ways of canceling the payment.

Cancel from LS One POS

If your PSP supports canceling the payment from the LS One POS a red cancel button will show up on the spinner dialog, which is open when processing a payment.

Press the Cancel button to cancel the payment request on the PED.

Cancel from the PED

If your PSP support canceling the payment request from the payment entry device then the user can press a button on the PED to cancel.

Then the LS One POS will stop waiting for the payment process and close the spinner dialog.

On most PEDs this button is red or has an X on it.
