Void

In LS One only open transactions and payments on open transactions can be voided. All cancellations to older finalized payments will be handled as refunds.

When a transaction in on going in the POS and you have a partial payment done by card, this payment can be voided.

Select the payment line and press the Void payment button. In the demo data layouts you find the Void payment operation in the Edit transaction menu.

The payment is voided at the payment terminal and void receipts are printed from the PSP.

 

If your PSP does not support voided payments the LS One POS falls back on doing a refund of the amount instead. See more information for each payment service provider here.
