Setup complete

Now you are ready to run LS One together with your SAP Business One setup.

Sell items on the POS

Now you can start selling the Items on the POS. To be able to do that you will first need to install the LS One POS and connect it to the database.

  1. For testing purposes it is simple to just install the LS One POS on the Same machine as the Site Manager, Site Service and the Data Director and connect it to the same database.

Install the LS One POS by following the LS One POS installation guide

  2. When the LS One POS is installed we need to connect it to the correct database and tell it which store and terminal it is.

Set up a connection to the database. To know which store and terminal to connect to you can look in the store view in the Site Manager to look up the store and terminals Ids.

You can log in to the LS One POS with the same username and password you use in the Site Manager.

For further information on how to setup more complex store environment connect to the implementation help.

Replicate on a schedule

You already have done the initial preload of data from SAP Business One to LS One and you have created the stores and mapped your accounts.

Now you can schedule, updated items, prices and so on, to be replicated to LS One. Here is how.

More complex deployment scenarios

In this guide we have been working in an environment where all the LS One applications were running on the same machine. However LS One is most often run in more complex deployment environment where you have a head office and multiple stores and terminals. For these scenarios LS One uses the Data Director to replicate data from the head office to the stores and terminals for further information about environment setup and how to configure the data replication please refer to the implementation help.
